Paul has over 10 years experience in assisting people to make changes and achieve the results they want.

He has extensive experience assisting clients on a one-to-one basis and in groups to make career decisions and move forward in their careers.  He has also developed new career programmes and resources for use in a large New Zealand organisation.

Paul has previously managed a medium sized career consultancy business. In this role he managed the quality of service delivery, and developed new career programmes, services and resources.

Paul’s other work experience includes internal Human Resources, Business Development in the software industry and as an Executive Personal Trainer in the fitness industry.

When he is not working Paul enjoys playing sport and exercising, and reading and writing (especially profiles in the third person).
